Q: What is the deadline to pay for my 2018 Season Tickets?

A: The deadline for 2018 Season Ticket renewals is March 2nd, 2018.  Please note that for special events where space or access is limited, such as Napa Training Camp, Season Ticket Members will be grouped into waves and granted priority registration on a first come first served basis based on when your account is paid in full.  

 

Q: Will the Raiders host an international game in 2018?

A: It is expected that the Raiders will host an international game in 2018. As a result, your 2018 Season Ticket invoice is for 9 home games.

Q: How do I purchase tickets to the game in Mexico City?

A: Mexico City travel packages, including tickets to Raiders vs. Patriots on November 19th, can be purchased HERE.

 

Q:  How do I purchase single game tickets?

A: If available, Season Ticket Members may purchase up to four (4) single game tickets beginning at 10am on the Friday before each home game. Single game tickets may ONLY be purchased online by entering your Season Ticket Member Account ID into the Offer Code field on www.Ticketmaster.com.

            a. Single game tickets are currently available through the NFL Ticket Exchange.

 

 

Q: Where should I park during the games?

AStadium parking lots at the Coliseum may only be accessed with a pre-paid season long parking pass. (Currently sold out). No cash parking will be available in lots A, B, C & D.  You may find information on alternative parking lots HERE.

            a. Single game parking passes are currently available through the NFL Ticket Exchange.

 

Q: How do I donate, forward, print or sell my tickets and parking passes?

A: Visit myaccount.raiders.com.  (Click My Account at the top right then Account Manager). Do not post pictures of your tickets/parking passes on social media. Do not post tickets for re-sale on multiple websites. Instances of ticket fraud may result in loss of Season Ticket privileges.

 

Q: How can I relocate my Season Tickets to a different section?

A: The Season Ticket Member relocation event will take place in the Spring of 2018.

 

 

Q: How can I add additional seats to my account?

A: Contact your Client Services Representative to add your name to our Waitlist. The maximum per household is four seats.

 

Q: How many games are included with my Season Ticket membership?

A: There will be 9 home games in Oakland. Tickets to international games must be purchased separately. 

 

Q: Can I receive a refund for my Season Tickets?

A: Season Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

 

 

Q: How can I transfer my Season Tickets?

A: Season Tickets are non-transferrable. 

 

Q: Can I meet with my Service Representative at HQ?

A: In person meetings at Raiders HQ are by appointment only.
