Q: When can I renew my Season Tickets for the 2017 season?

Q: How can I relocate my Season Tickets to a different section?

A: We expect the majority of our Season Ticket Members to renew their seats for the 2017 season.  Season Ticket Members who pay in full prior to March 3rd will receive first priority in the event any seats become available.


Q: How can I add additional seats to my account?

A: Contact your Client Services Representative to add your name to our Waitlist. The maximum per household is four seats.


Q: How do I get tickets to the game in Mexico City?

A: Season Ticket Members who pay in full by the March 3rd deadline will receive priority access to an exclusive pre-sale. Access to this event is an exclusive benefit of Oakland Raiders Season Ticket Members who have renewed by March 3rd.


Q: How many games are included with my Season Ticket membership?

A: We are currently scheduled to play 9 home games in Oakland. Tickets to any international games must be purchased separately. 


Q:  Where and when will the Raiders play in Mexico?

A:  The Oakland Raiders will host the New England Patriots at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City in 2017. The exact time and date have yet to be determined.


Q: Why are my pre-season tickets a different price than my regular season tickets?

A: Based on feedback from our fans, pre-season games and regular season games are valued differently; prices have been adjusted accordingly. To view the updated price map, please click HERE.


Q: How can I transfer my Season Tickets?

A: Season Tickets are non-transferrable. 


Q: Do you offer a payment plan?

A: Yes. Our first deadline is March 3rd. Your card will be charged 25% at the time you sign up. An additional 25% will automatically run on each of the following dates: April 7th, May 5th, and June 2nd.


Q: How can I purchase a parking pass?

A: We are currently sold out of parking for the 2017 season.

Q: Can I meet with my Service Representative at HQ?

A: In person meetings at Raiders HQ are by appointment only.
