2017 Season Ticket FAQ

Q:  How do I get tickets to Training Camp in Napa?

A:  Season Ticket Members paid in full by the March 3rd deadline will receive priority access to an exclusive registration. Access to this event may also be secured through the myraidernation loyalty program based on availability. 


Q:  How do I purchase single game tickets?

A: In the event any single game tickets become available, Season Ticket Members will have exclusive priority to purchase up to four (4) single game tickets beginning at 10am on the Friday before each home game. If available, single game tickets will ONLY be available online and accessible by using your Season Ticket Member Account ID as a password on www.Ticketmaster.com.


Q:  Where and when will the Raiders play in Mexico?

A:  The Oakland Raiders will host the New England Patriots at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City on November 19, 2017.


Q: How do I get tickets to the game in Mexico City?

A: Season Ticket Members who paid in full by the March 3rd deadline will receive priority access to an exclusive pre-sale. Access to this event is an exclusive benefit of Oakland Raiders Season Ticket Members who renewed by March 3rd.


Q: How can I relocate my Season Tickets to a different section?

A: The Season Ticket Member relocation event has passed.


Q: How can I add additional seats to my account?

A: Contact your Client Services Representative to add your name to our Waitlist. The maximum per household is four seats.


Q: How many games are included with my Season Ticket membership?

A: We are scheduled to play 9 home games in Oakland. Tickets to the game in Mexico City must be purchased separately. 


Q: Why are my pre-season tickets a different price than my regular season tickets?

A: Based on feedback from our fans, pre-season games and regular season games are valued differently; prices have been adjusted accordingly. To view the updated price map, please click HERE.


Q: Can I receive a refund for my Season Tickets?

A: The last day to request a Season Ticket refund was April 17th.


Q: How can I transfer my Season Tickets?

A: Season Tickets are non-transferrable. 


Q: How can I purchase a parking pass?

A: We are currently sold out of parking for the 2017 season.
